Personal Profile

Matt Browne graduated from RMIT in 2009 completing a Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design).  His most successful piece was designed for RMIT in collaboration with the Melbourne City Council and exhibited at Harmony Day in 2008.  Originating from the small country town of Mansfield in rural Victoria, Matt has grown up to be a very practical person pursuing hobbies in the areas of sport and outdoor recreation. Matt’s designs revolve heavily around these areas, taking a strong utilitarian focus. A combination of technical knowledge and youthful design flare give his designs an upbeat aesthetic whilst fulfilling the utilitarian need.
